After graduating from Carver Bible College and Dallas Theological Seminary, where he was the first African American to graduate with a doctoral degree, Dr. Evans committed his life to the growth and health of the urban church. He currently serves as Senior Pastor of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship, a church that is known for exemplary evangelism and effective compassion ministries.
